Our refund policy will still apply and if you wish to close your account then we simply cannot refund you as it would've gone to your account credit.
We will not be held responsible for you not reading our terms of service and agreeing to them when registering and ordering a service. This is not a valid excuse. Always read the terms and conditions, they always apply.
Subscription Holderrefers to the person who paid for the product and owns the billing account and or operates via the account. If these are seperate people, both are held responsible.

Quack! Hosting Europesystem, the client may be entitled to a partial refund as per compensation. We strive to keep our systems secure, so please report all bugs you find.

Youfail to pay your invoice 1 day(s) after the billing date, your services will be suspended and a backup will be made available for at least 7 days if you don't plan on renewing.
This section covers the process of refunds and refunding.
Dependent on where you are based, you may receive extended periods of time of where you can claim your money back. These timeframes range from 24 hours to 14 days, under different factors. As long as you haven't breached our Terms of Service, you are entitled to the following;

To prevent changes, we backcheck IP addresses alongside the address provided on sign-up to ensure you are claiming to be from the right place when requesting a refund. Using a VPN or a Proxy server may breach this term and you may not be able to receive / be entitled to a refund.
Refunds are also available on services that promise a specific setup time & haven't been setup or login details haven't been provided for 24 hours. An exception to this term is unless a staff member makes you weary of delayed setup times before ordering / after ordering.
This section covers copyright, security & ownership of the sites we host. Read below on how copyright is given, security is controlled and whom actually owns websites.
Copyright is at the account owner's discretion. Any breaches of copyright is nothing to do with Quack Hosting.
Quack! Hosting will release any necessary data to claimants with claims made via a legal and trusted system, such as DMCA complaint or request by a government or authority.
Any abuse reports will be dealt with and accounts will be suspended with very short notice. Users are welcome to get in touch for their account to be reinstated.
Quack Hosting provides secure servers with AutoSSL & Let's Encrypt encryption for 1-1 connections. SSL is not forced by default and the site owner can provide an alternative secure environment by using a service like Cloudflare. Quack! Hosting is not responsible for any damage caused to you or any methods of payment on our service, unless via our billing page.
Sites are owned by the holder of the contract binding the service with Quack Hosting. This is whoever has purchased the hosting service via our billing system.
If you were to transfer ownership, we can transfer orders to another user account if needed. This holds the account owner responsible for any abuse. Resellers will be contacted to take out any abuse reports to their sub-users.
Quack! Hosting ("TNCompany") holds the rights to check your files and access your accounts at any time. Quack! Hosting does not require permission to access your files at any given time. Though, content is only usually checked in the case of suspected abuse or alongside a valid abuse report. Websites are monitored for any pirated or illegal content on a weekly basis.
Please let us know if you find abuse on our networks via the listed email addresses below, or via our abuse report portal.
We urge users to keep backups of their data locally and not on the server. Whereas we backup user data weekly to the disk on certain servers, we urge users to store their own backups just in case of disk failure. Some backups stored on our backup servers may not be completely up-to-date and we urge users to keep backups of large changes they make.
This section covers what you can and cannot do with our service. Read here on what services you can run with us and what sites you can host here. Green Light sites are condoned whereas redlight sites are not.
In the case your account gets suspended for breaching one of these rules, you're welcome to contact us in hopes for unsuspension - we review each case with care.

Quack! Hosting reserves the right to suspend an account without any given notice if we believe it is being used and is against our TOS, an email or ticket will be sent to the account owner if that is the case. The owner is welcome to request a backup and as such would be provided dependent on the case and size of the files.
Quack Hosting reserves the right to invoice you on any damage made to the server or services for clients. Breaches of the Terms of Service may also result in an invoice charged to your client account. Failure to pay may result in forwarding to a debt collection agency in which they will then take out with the request.
Breaching of Quack Hosting's terms of service may result in permanent account suspension or termination. No notice is required for this, as described above. Backups only may be provided in some cases, dependent on scenario.
This section covers the rights we reserve to protect our clients, company and our integrity.
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You agree to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound to and to follow these terms and conditions.
If we believe you are not fit to use our services or have abused them in the past, we reserve the right to deny you service or cancel your current services if we have a valid reason to why we believe that security is at risk while you use the services. We can do so at any time with a given reason and not provide a refund.
Quack! Hosting Europe are not liable for any files lost due to suspension, termination, hardware failure, user-faults or networking errors. We store the majority of backup data in overseas servers to ensure your data is secure although in cases where this does not apply, we may be unable to help.
Quack Hosting requests for specific information on registration to prevent fraud. Checks are made to whether the same account registered on our platform as with the payment email and information for security purposes to prevent usage of stolen accounts or procedures such as carding.
This section covers all our information about support tickets You will require to get consent before taking screenshots of tickets and livechats.
We urge you to keep anything said in private tickets to yourself and not to keep any screenshots of conversation unless required to with consent of the operating staff member. Failure to follow this will result in a punishment on the Discord server and possible suspension of products.
Ticket data such as text and images may be used for training purposes. This content may be reused in logs files and such. All logs are kept for at least 6 months after ticket closure and can be deleted by request.
We suggest resetting any passwords provided in the ticket after getting support for security purposes. This is just for an extra layer of security, it's not required but is highly suggested.
This section covers all our information about providing free services to your clients or operating a free hosting service on our network.
If you plan on offering free hosting, please create plans within these limits, people giving away free hosting without following these limits may be subject to suspension.
If you plan on hosting any free hosts to contact us in advance for an extra free host charge which is selectable when ordering the service. This charge is added seens as free hosts can gather a lot of resources and help us cover the costs that the accounts make.
You should also be weary that if an account is abused in any way on a known free hosting reseller then the account in question will be suspended without warning or chance for unsuspension. The 3 strike policy does not apply for any accounts that are on a free host.
(This does not mean that the reseller will be suspended necessarily, merely the account that abused - although, if a reseller gathers a lot of abusers then they may also risk suspension, although we'll notify you about that.)
Our User Conduct rules also apply to resellers and their sub-users. They are there to protect you, us and others within the community and locality. The following is forbidden;
